1Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement relating to the fb991 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all of its services. These Terms apply to both fb991 ("we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member").

Key terms used in these Terms:

• "Member" — any person registered on fb991.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

3Account Management

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following must be observed to keep your account secure:

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account.

• If any account information changes, fb991 must be informed without delay.

fb991 is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions on an account if the password or login details were obtained by a third party due to the Member's negligence.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following applies when depositing funds into fb991:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from the Member's own mobile wallet or bank account.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• fb991 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal request.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fb991 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for Members. The following conditions apply when claiming these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be fulfilled.
• Each Member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless fb991 specifically permits it.
• fb991 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Each promotional offer may have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

fb991's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is based on a Member's activity and participation. fb991 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the fb991 platform:

• No bet will be accepted if a Member's account does not have sufficient balance.
• fb991 reserves the right to cancel a bet or round if any game or bet is invalidly affected due to a technical fault.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be considered void.
• Separate rules may apply for each market in cricket, football, or other sports betting.

6.1 Cricket Betting Special Conditions

For cricket betting, particularly in BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC events, if any match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match will be void and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb991 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake or false identity.
• Bonus abuse, hedging, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Conducting transactions through a third party's account.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Carrying out any activity intended to damage fb991's reputation or business interests.

8Limitation of Liability

The following limitations of liability apply when using the fb991 platform:

• fb991 is not responsible for any loss suffered by a Member due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• fb991 is not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party service providers (such as bKash, Nagad).
• fb991 will not provide any compensation for losses caused by a Member's own device or network problems.
• fb991 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance and is not obligated to compensate Members for this.

9Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
• Data may need to be shared with regulatory authorities to fulfill legal obligations.

10Account Suspension or Closure

fb991 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity is suspected.
• At the Member's own request (self-exclusion).
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for a long period.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a Member wishes to close their account, they can contact us via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

11Responsible Gaming
